  On 10/10/2012 I dialed (815) 444-9800 to contact Tickets Now. I received Jenifer's voice mail and I left her a detailed message to please return my call.
  On 10/18/2012 at 3:50PM PST I dialed (815) 444-9800 to contact Tickets Now again. I spoke with Jenifer in regards to the information I left on her voice mail before and Jenifer stated she never returned my call because it's not her position in Tickets Now to do so. Jenifer put me on hold and transferred me to a supervisor named Shannon. I fully informed Shannon of Tickets Now public profile on Scambook along with the current unresolved customer complaints. Shannon stated she would not be able to address this but she would forward the information to the right person at Tickets Now. Shannon was not interested in taking my contact information in case a decision maker from Tickets Now needed to contact me.
